The winners of the various categories will be able to choose a massage therapy session or a personal training session from the following:
- postural and stretching exercises
-balance and proprioception
- cardio fitness
-Decontracting massage
-wellness massage
- draining massage with mud applications
The treatment will be carried out at the office in via Golgi 4 and by telephone appointment
