A beer from Garda
We make our most traditional beers following the ancient principle of the Reinheitsgebot: a Bavarian standard from 1516 which provides for the exclusive use of water, malted cereals and hops for making beer. For the special beers we were inspired by our land and its scents: the citrus fruits of Garda that we cultivate ourselves, the flavors of the mountains that are reflected in the lake and the agricultural vocation of Valtenesi.
We stock up on a small Italian malt house with whom we share passion and philosophy and we always use first-rate hops, including those produced in our hops grove.
